WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We’re based on the border of Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire in a little village called Baston but can often be found in the bright lights of London or at one of the venues we are recommended at including The Haycock Manor Hotel, Crown Hall Farm, Thetford Barn or Stapleford Park. And whilst these are our main bases, we plan weddings and events across the UK and we scour the width and breadth of Britain to find the places that suit you best

DO YOU PLAN DESTINATION WEDDINGS?

We’re a fairly new business so we’re focused on delivering beautiful weddings and events across the UK right now but our extensive network means that we can make recommendations in the right places. We can definitely help you if you’re wanting to get married in the UK but live or work overseas, and have worked, and continue to work with lots of couples remotely.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

Every wedding and event is different - It’s hard to give a definitive price for our services, given you can have us do everything from styling your venue through to full planning of your event. Factors such as scale of event, scope of requirements all come into costing, so the best I can say is get in touch and I’ll be as transparent as possible. What I can say, is our order minimum value is £500.

CAN YOU PLAN AND STYLE MY WEDDING/EVENT?

Short answer, of course. Long answer, if our creative direction and selection of props suits your theme and requirements, then absolutely. But our main goal is to create the day of your dreams and be an absolute reflection of you and that might mean we just don’t have everything (what can I say, we might be hoarders but we can’t be everyone’s cup of tea) and that’s ok - so we’ll use our judgement to recommend the best person for the job

CAN I JUST HIRE ITEMS FROM YOU?

If your requirements meet the £500 minimum order value, then yes - absolutely!

WHY DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

In short, we want to do our best work. And that requires time and effort which we think is worth the investment.

ARE YOU FREE TO MEET OR SPEAK ON WEEKENDS?

We know planning your wedding may need to fit around your existing commitments and so we’re flexible to when and where you’d like to meet or speak. We’re happy to travel and can be available at weekends and evenings to suit your schedule

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

Payment terms are subject to how long we’ll be working together and which service you choose.

For full plan weddings, there’s an initial 30% deposit to secure the date and our services. A 2nd payment is then due part the way through the planning process, with the remaining balance payable 4 weeks prior to your wedding.

For Wedding Day Management, payments are split on a 50% deposit and 50% balance basis.

DO YOU PLAN PARTIES AND EVENTS TOO?

We do! For private individuals and business’ alike. Our experience has led us to planning and executing events all over the world - from press days and fashion week’s to private dinner and award ceremonies. We have the technical knowledge and ability to work across all kinds of projects, with one theme in common.. ultimately they have to be a daydream

HOW DO YOU WORK WITH BUSINESSES?

Laura has worked within the luxury fashion industry for the last 10 years, planning and coordinating events for some of the biggest names in the world. It would be a shame to leave all of that experience, knowledge and connection at the door. We work with business’ big and small to create meaningful and valuable events that create tangible ROI for our clients. We can work independently or alongside your PR or Marketing team to create a brief, supply, support and achieve the outcome you’re looking for.

HOW DO I VISIT YOUR STUDIO?

By Appointment only. Once you’ve been through our initial consultation, if you’d like to peruse our prop collection, we’ll invite you down to our studio to drink tea, sample our delectable biccy collection and see all the treasures we keep in our 80ft chest! It is however, on a farm, so sensible footwear is essential!
